General Description
ZWQ Series Heavy Duty Double-blade Paper Cutter is designed to cut web into flat
paper. In the same process of cutting paper, one or two kind(s) of length and width can be made.
The production capacity of the cutter is dependent on running speed, areal weight and folded layers of the cut paper. While cutting paper with rather high areal weight and tightness, the folded layers should be less than 8. Generally, the total areal weight of the folded paper should be less than 800g/m2.
The cutter may be used singly. Matched with the back flow stand and the paper receiver of our factory, it is able to operate together with paperboard machine. When used with the paperboard machine, the cutter should be rebuilt with proper transmission section to ensure the cutter and the paperboard machine run harmoniously.
