Product Description:
Lightweight mobile machine which continuously convey materials in any production line. Installed with
reducer motor to drive the head pulley which rotates the conveyor belt. Four wheels is attached to help move the machine around. Can be assembled individually, multi-conveyors, or combined with other types of conveying machine. Belt width up to 1000 mm. Conveying distance can be customized up to 20 m.
Working Principle
Works very much alike to that of fixed belt conveyor where the machine is driven by two endpoint pulleys named drive pulley and bend pulley. The rubber belt is conveyed by the conveyer rollers through the driving of reducer motor. Conveyor belt movement relies on the friction force between the drive pulley and conveyor belt. However, portable belt conveyor is installed with four wheels with a pair of them is the universal wheels to control the manoeuvring of the machine. The lifting device helps to set the lifting height by adjusting the slope angle which is usually ranges from 10° to 35°.
