ECO Flotation Cell
Application:
ECO flotation cell is mainly used in flotation section of waste paper
deinking pulping line, for removal of hydrophobic impurities such as filler, ash, ink particles, gooey, etc. It can raise pulp whiteness and meet the requirements of final paper appearance quality.
Features:
1.ECO flotation uses advanced technique of Voith and Andritz.
2.The jet device uses 4-stage step diffusion type, which can produce efficient spectrum bubble and remove ink particles in 5-500um.
3.The pulp inlet pressure is as low as 0.1Mpa, while the pulp inlet consistency is as high as 1.0-0.2%. It can save 50% power consumption.
4.2-stage flotation cells can remove the ash, ink particles and gooey more efficiently. The fiber loss can also be greatly reduced.
5.It uses multi-stage inner group configuration and PLC automatic control. It is simple to control the level and the deinking effect is more significant.
6.It is suitable for wide range of pulp materials, such as deinking pulping of ONP, OMG, MOW.
