Product Description:
TDG/THG Efficient Bucket Elevator is designed to lift dry, bulk, fluidity powder, granular and block
material. As the name implies, the efficient bucket elevator has distinctive features of which it can handle materials at high speed and capacity. Due to its higher efficiency, the materials are drawn in/ flow through into the buckets and discharged to the outlet in a continuous matter by centrifugal force. TDG/THG Efficient Bucket Elevator can transport large amounts of material quickly especially sand, gravel and other free flowing bulk material.
THG Bucket Elevator uses high strength ring chain as its traction component, where the maximum material temperature can reach up to 250 ͦ C. The chain bucket elevator are generally equipped with two parallel transmission chain, connecting with the driving sprocket. Meanwhile, TDG Bucket Elevator uses EP belt and steel cord belt as its traction component. The ordinary belt used in TDG bucket elevator can lift material with temperature less than 80 ͦ C while the heat-resistant belt can handle material up to 120 ͦ C.
