Worm gear screw jacks are application in synchronized lifting storage bolted tank, such as big gas, oil
chemicals, water, pelletts, cereals, biogas, liquid manure, silo, round reservoirs, caisson, crop storage bolted tanks. Compared with hydraulic lifting system, worm gear screw jacks have self-locking feature without brake or locking mechanism, precisely positioning, full synchronization, motor driven, easy installation and operation, maintenance free.

Required: each screw jack which support 2.5 ton load panels, travel stroke 1500mm, 20pcs worm gear screw jacks, low lifting speed, silo storage bolted tank application, outdoor ambient.

Inverted mounted worm gear screw jacks model JT-15T-IR-2000-M-III-M2-2BB, lifting screw diameter 50mm, pitch 8mm, maximum 15ton load capacity, tension load type, inverted mounted, loads beams attached travelling nut type rotating screw moving, exact 1500mm stroke (except double bellows boots full retract length), medium worm gear ratio 1/16, right side motor flange adapter, double bellows boots fixed with travelling nut to protect lifting screw anti-rust. Use flange mounted servo motors or asynchronous motors with computer-controlled PLC system for synchronized lifting, lifting speed about 150mm/min, input worm shaft 300rpm, each flange mounted servo motors or asynchronous motors power required at least 400w.
