Elevator Counterweights are generally classified according to modeling methods,
and are conventionally divided into ordinary sand counterweights and special counterweights. Common sand weights include three types: wet sand, dry sand and chemically hardened sand. Special weights can be divided into two categories according to the different molding materials: one type uses natural mineral sandstone as the main molding material, such as investment weight iron, shell weight iron, negative pressure weight iron, and mud Type counterweight iron, solid counterweight iron, ceramic counterweight iron, etc.; one type uses metal as the main casting material, such as metal type counterweight iron, centrifugal counterweight iron, continuous counterweight iron, pressure counterweight iron, Low-pressure counterweight iron, etc.
