Product Description:
Briquette machine Usage and features:
1.In order to ensure the good quality and mechanical strength
of the final product, special care should be taken to ensure that the granule size fed to the machine is maintained below 3mm, preferable in the range of 30~40% small than1~2mm, with no more than 10% over 2mm.
2.The moisture content of the mixture has also a critical effect on the quality of the final product, so it should be kept in the range of 8~20%.
3.Raw material of coal industry(coal powedr, coke, coal sludge, etc)need to make coal briquette, using in industrial boilers and civilian boiler.
Features:
1. low cost, high profit, the briquettes which are burned, are good inorganic fertilizer.
2. high density, easy transportation, density is more than 0.8-1.3.Save space highly.
3. clean and green energy, sulfur rate is roughly 0.16-0.22%, much lower than coal 1-3%.
4. high stability and performance, long service life with CE.
5. with hydraulic pressure which is good for high density briquettes.
