Product Description:
Concentric double flange NBR/EPDM rubber soft seal butterfly valve replaceable disc sealing ring used
for water or seawater with lever/worm gear box/electric actuator.
DN50-DN4500, PN6/10/16/25, available material cast iron, ductile iron GGG40/GGG50/WCB/SS, used for water.
Product features
· To DIN3352 or API609
· Face to face per DIN3202/ISO5752
· Flange ends dimension DIN2501/ANSI B 16.5/ANSI B 16.47
· Final inspection tests to API598/DIN3230.
Materials
· Body and disc: Cast iron, ductile iron GGG40/GGG50/WCB/SS
· Shafts of stainless steel 2cr13
· Disc sealing ring in replaceable NBR/EPDM rubber.
· Seat face weld with copper alloy, micro finished.
Corrosion protection
· Inside and outside epoxy coating
· Applicable temperature: -20-100? Different raw material for different work temperature
· Applicable medium: Water, oil, gas and other causticity medium (different raw material for different medium)
1) Brief
Flange type soft seal butterfly valve is our new product which design and manufacture according to the newest standard of DIN3354&API609, new structure and better performance. It can cut-off or control the flow rate and which can be used in metallurgy, chemical, electrical, municipal engineering, pipeline engineering etc. Appropriate medium: Water, oil, air and so on...

10. Double eccentric disc and body structure, easy operating;
11. Sliding fit between seal and seat, lower abrasion and longer lifetime?
12.90° Turning shaft design, which can control the disc at any position between 0° ~90° ;
13. Besides worm gear and level, electrical actuator, pneumatic actuator, hydraulic actuator can be used either;
14. Better flow characteristics, better performance.
