The EPS automatic
shape moulding machine has a variety of specifications and models. The working principle is basically the same. They all use hydraulic system and PLC control program. The pre-expanded and matured EPS beads are loaded into the mold cavity, and the steam heating system is used to make the steam directly enters the cavity through the pores of the mold wall, so that the beads soften and expand after being heated. Due to the limitation of the mold cavity, the expanded beads can fill the entire mold cavity of the device, thereby completely bonding as a whole. After cooling and shaping, the equipment can be opened to take out the product.

1、Energy saving: The ordinary light shape moulding machine produce 1 ton light board at the density of 4 kg/M3 needs 4.4-5.5 tons of steam. Our machine saves 30-50% of energy to produce light board, and it just needs 2-2.5 tons of steam on average.

Heat preservation: the heat preservation design of the outer door panel, better heat preservation, saving heat energy, balanced temperature in the board machine, and better product quality.

Strong Machine Structure:
1. Main machine frame is welded by high-quality profile steel plate and strong rectangular tubes, ensure a strong machine structure from the base .
2. Processed by heating-treatment to release the welding stress, the machine frames is with high strength, non-deformation, and with and high resistance to the expansive force from high-density products.
3. In order to keep the rust away, the machine will be processed by shot blast treatment or sand treatment . Then it is painted by several times anti-rust bottom painting and several times of anti-rust surface painting, which will achieve very good anti-corrosion performance and make the whole block molding machine with a longer lifetime .
4. The surface of the mould is made of special aluminum alloy panel or stainless steel sheet which can realize a high efficiency of heat conduction, favorable tensile strength and long service life.

The Eps Block Cutting Machine is integrated with overseas advanced and special penetrating and heating techniques for shaping, and a high pressure suction fan for material feeding, cooling with a strong penetrability, favorable adhesivity, low consumption of steam, high speed of shaping and low water content so as to ensure the uniformity of inside and outside of the product.
