Evaporating Coating Machine
Evaporation coating machine can make your product in a state of vacuum,
and then, the metal wire (such as aluminum wire) in the vacuum chamber vaporizes through resistance heating, After that, in the vacuum chamber. There are many vaporized mist metal molecules which deposit on the surface of your products. Then, a smooth highly reflective layer forms on the surface of your products, which meet your requirements of beautifying your products! This equipment is mainly used in plastic products, plus crafts, decorations, toys, shoes heel, mobile phone panel and so on.
5. Electric Control
(1) Main circuit: Contactor, Thermal resistor，Intermediate relay
(2) Control system：Manual or automatic control with PLC touching screen.
(3) Test vacuum with vacuum gauge.
(4) Protection system: flow controller, pressure controller, and
electrical interlocking protection
6. Main technical principles:
(1) Ultimate vacuum: 1～3*10-3Pa
(2) Power supply: Three-phase four-wire380v50Hz; Power: 55kw
(3)Cooling water: Pressure≧0.2MPa Temperature≦20℃
Water consumption: 1.5T/h
(4) Compressed air pressure : 0.5MPa～0.6MPa
