Excavator Bucket Parts
In order to protect the bucket from the hard wear conditions, some wear parts
should be equipped on the excavator buckets.
The most commonly used excavator bucket wear parts include lip shrouds/lip protectors, side shrouds or side cutters, side plates, wear corner shoes/protectors, wear bottons, wear blocks, wear bars, wear runners and so on.
Lip shrouds are to be put between the adapters to protect the bucket lip and to prolong its wear lifetime.
Side shrouds are designed to put at the tip of the bucket side plate, to protect the bucket and also sharpen the loading force and enlarge the loading capacity.
Side plates are extra anti-wear plates to be put outside or inside the buckets, to increase the wear life time of the buckets.
Wear corner shoes are to be put at the side and rear bucket bottom, to protect the bucket bottom from the hard materials.
Wear bottons, wear blocks, wear bars and wear runners are the universal wear solutions, so they could be put at anywhere that needs extra protections.
