This machine adopts mechatronic design, which is mainly composed of load cell, transmitter, microprocessor,
load drive mechanism, computer and color inkjet printer. It has a wide and accurate loading speed and force range.
It has high precision and sensitivity for load and displacement measurement and control. It can also perform automatic control test of constant velocity loading and constant velocity displacement.
Products description:
During the products handling or transport process, there may be drop/ fall, which results in damage within the products. And the machine simulates the drop/ fall of a finished product to evaluate the damage. Standard test of packaged freights (surfaces, corners, and edges), etc. can be performed efficiently with a high accuracy.
