Product Description:
YG401F Fabric Flat Grinding Instrument (Nine Stations)
Purpose: YG401F fabric flat grinding instrument
(9 stations) is used to determine the degree of pilling of various fabrics under light pressure and the abrasion resistance of fine cotton, hemp and spun silk woven fabrics.
Compliance with standards: GB/T4802.2-2008, GB/T13775, GB/T21196.1, GB/T21196.2, GB/T21196.3, GB/T21196.4; FZ/T20020; ISO12945.2, 12947; ASTM D 4966, 4970, IWS TM112, can add the ball-to-disk method test function (optional) and other standards.
Features of YG401F fabric flat grinder:
1. It adopts large color touch screen operation and humanized interface design; equipped with Chinese and English bilingual operating system.
2. Multiple sets of running programs can be preset, and multiple sets of samples can be performed at the same time;
3. The independent accumulated friction times, counting times and other parameters of each station are managed by the window. There are two modes of increasing and decreasing. After the predetermined number of times, you can choose to continue to accumulate or not to count;
4. Servo driver and motor, the speed is stable and adjustable, and the operating noise is extremely low;
5. The instrument is equipped with two types of circular motion trajectories with 24mm and 60mm diameters of Lissajous;
6. 1 sampling plate: inner diameter 38mm, outer diameter 140mm, easy to sample;
7. Special aluminum profile control cover, stainless steel heavy hammer, grinding head and grinding disc;
8. Imported linear bearings reduce the frictional resistance of the guide rod and ensure that the grinding head keeps rotating during the friction process.
