Product Description:
The Two Way Edge Bander can be used as a portable edge bander or a semi-auto edge bander. This machine
is composed of two parts which are portable edge bander and frame.It make up for deficiencies that the portable edge bander can not cut the band automatically and the working table is too small. This machine is suitable fot banding with inner and outer arcs and straight board.And for banding the irregular board. The band can be cut manually when you adjust the adjustable button to manual.The size of the working table can be adjusted through adjusting the beam according to the size of the processing board.
Note:
1.This machine has been configured and ready to be used directly after delivery. When hot-melt adhesive has reached optimal melting temperature, the motor will automatically activate to keep the hot-melt adhesive mixing in th melting pot for the process of edge banding.
2.If you only want to use the Portable Edge Bander, please close 4(Band Delivery Pressure Switch), release 10(Screw) and other three screw which is used to fix the edge bander, pull 13 (Edge Bander Plug), remove the edge bander and then install 16(Direction Upright) and 17 (Direction Sheath). Then the Portable Edge Bander can be used alone:
