Application:Fiber separator is used not only for defibering, but also for removing all kinds
of impurities of waste paper with the different specific gravity of fibers.It combines defibering, separating and screening in one unit.As a secondary pulping and separating equipment, it is normally a downsteam equipment of the hydrapulper.As a reject screen, fiber separator can also handle with coarse impurities.
Design Features:
Three fundamental functions: secondary defibering, separating light impurities, removing heavy and coarse impurities.With the defibrater in the pulping process, its possible to use the poor waste paper and reduce the pretreatment of the raw material.
Its possible to increase the production of existing hydrapulper, reduce the specific energy consumption by about 10~20%.
Its possible to obtain high quality stock, reduce fiber loss and increase screening efficiency
