Fiberglass chopped strands for engineering
plastic are made from E-glass, with Silane-based sizing coating. This chopped strands is widely used in injection and compression molding processes, its typical end-use applications include automotive industry, home appliances, valves, pump housings, chemical corrosion resistance and sports apparatus, they are designed for reinforcing PP, PA, AS/ABS, PET, PBT, POM, PPS and PC.
Specification
Length:3mm, 4.5mm, 6mm，etc.
Length is subject to customer’s requirement.
Product Characteristics
1. Silane-based coupling agent, which delivers most balanced sizing properties and good boning between chopped strands and matrix resin.
2. Excellent integrigy and dry flowability, good moldability and dispersion.
3. Excellent mechanical properties and surface condition of composite products
4. Low cost
Package:
Chopped strand are packed in plastic bag, the net weight for each bag is 25kgs.
Each 25 bags will put into one carton on pallet. Other packaging is available on request.
