1．Film Impact Tester Products:
Film Impact Tester meet GB8809 standard requirements for the determination
of plastics, rubber and other non-metallic and metallic foil film material impact toughness. Fan can be widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutes, quality inspection department of plastic, rubber, metal foils and other materials pendulum impact test fields. Film Impact Tester is computer-controlled, automatic operation, automatic memory test data, automatically modify data, automatically printing.
Rationale: Film Impact Tester through hemispherical punch at a certain speed, impact and through the membrane sample, measuring the energy consumption of the punch, thus the energy evaluation thin film sample anti-pendulum impact energy.
2．The main technical indicators:
1). Maximum impact energy： 3J;
2). Sample holder hole diameter: Φ89, Φ60, Φ50;
3). Test Size: 100 × 100mm;
4). Swing range: R300mm;
5). Punch size: Φ25.4mm, Φ12.7mm
6). swing elevation: 90 °
Sample working conditions: the sample at a temperature of 23 ± 2 ℃, relative humidity 45% to 55% of the environment for at least 4 hours, and tested in this environment.
3.Test method:
1. GB6672 measurement test in accordance with the thickness measured at the center of all samples in the point of 10 the arithmetic mean of the test samples.
