Fish Scaling Machine Features
1. Can be used for various fishes of different sizes; hairbrush structure ensures clean scaling effect and no damage to fishes.
2. Automatically remove fish scale and discharge fishes with rate of more than 99%.
3. Equipped with protective devices to avoid motor overheat and leakage.
4. Wholly made of stainless steel, durable and sanitary.
5. Process fishes in a sanitary way and save labor, so it is widely used in fish processing.
Installation of Fish Scaling Machine
◆ There are 4 wheels at the bottom of the machine: two steering control wheels are for regulating the moving direction and they should be at braking state when the machine is placed; the other two wheels are for moving at the fixed direction.
◆ Before operation, the ground wire should be connected well; the water pipe also should be connected for floating fish scale out; switch it at the three-phase power source of 380V/ 50HZ.
◆ The brush roller should be turned at anti-clockwise direction.
