Flange Washers also be known as "Flange Bolting Washers", "Spring Washers", be used for the connection
between flange and bolt. Its application equipment includes: Reactor, stirrer and heat exchanger flange bolts; Pumps, Fans, Centrifuge Flanges and Anchor Bolts; Power bus and copper alloy bolts;Pipe flange and valve flange bolt. Flange Washers are widely used in industries such as Petrochemical, Power, Metallurgy, Paper, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, etc.
Bolt flange joints are widely used in pressure vessel and pipe connections, and Leakage is the main failure mode of bolt flange connections. The main causes of leakage includes: differential thermal expansion/contraction, vibration, bolt creep and vibration. By installing flange washers in bolt flange joints, the elastic potential energy stored in the China Flange Bolting Washers can be converted into mechanical energy, to compensate the deformation of gasket and bolt, to ensure the bolt preload meets the sealing requirements, prevent leakage.
