Flight-AP10 Self-propelled crack digging machine is mainly used for airport runway joints maintenance.
The device can effectively clean up the disabled crackfiller and foreign object debris in the joints. No dust, without polluting and damaging runway to meet the high demands of the airport on environmental protection.
Combined with floating shear cutters, it can adapt to different widths of the joints, digging the joints fast and efficiently with good effect. Electric lifting tool can adjust the height of the cutters and the digging depth flexibly.
The height of guide wheel can be adjusted by the electric handspike when it works.
In the transition, the machine can make in-situ 360 ° turn, easy to operate and flexible. It is an ideal equipment for the airport runway joints maintenance.
1.1.2 Whole Structure
This machine is mainly composed of diesel engine, chassis, transmission gear body, clutch brake handle, steering control handle, cutters and cutter lifting tool, cutter merging body, oriented part, operation panel and front and rear lights etc.
Work Principle
Crack digging cutters are lift down into the joints by the cutter lifting body to meet the preset depth. When the operator runs the machine forward, floating shear cutters clear aging crackfillers out of the joints to prepare for the subsequent crack cleaning, moisture removing, layering and crack filling.
