Description
The thin foils horizontal Splitting Machine is used to split long flexible PU foam blocks
into thin layers( can be set as you want ) in a highly efficient and economic way. the cutting frame run along with the long block base concrete or sandy wood table . One operator need when cutting, as it's need to hold the sheet winding roller, the operating process is simple and easy to handle, it's characteristics can be described as following :
·with hold-down device press roller
·controlled with electronic box and all cutting data can be set in the box .
·with one-edge cutting
·blade covering box printed with speciall materials decreasing the friction wastage between the blade and blade cover
·Grinding unit
·Grinding dust extraction unit
