Sinter pistons, valve seats and rod guides are key powder metal components for shock absorbers for wheeled and two wheeled vehicles. We have developed special materials for pistons and achieved a high degree of precision in seat surface, also, we have realized low friction pistons banded by PTFE strips.

. Density of valve seat: more than 6.5 g/cm3
. Hardness: 60-70 HB
. Efficient steam treatment
. Low friction
