About our convection system:



The Low-e glass

has one special coated film to prevent the sunlight (heat) go through, so it is very to heat it thus to temper, so the furnace must has force convection function, the glass will get heat through radiation type and force convection type, so it can be heated easily. The force convection system include: stainless pips, high-temperature resistance blower, control part. For the float glass (non low-e), if you use the force convection function, the capacity can reach high level, it is 30-40% higher than radiation type only.
