Product Description:
Three beam four column hydraulic press YB32 series 315 500 630 1000 tons is applicable to the plasticity
material pressing process, such as impact load, bending, flanging, such as tensile plate. May also perform calibration, pressure equipment, grinding wheel molding, cold extrusion molding metal parts, plastic products and powder products, the pressure molding process, match on blanking buffer device can be used for punching and blanking process. This machine has the independence actuating unit and the electrical system, and USES the button common control, may realize the adjustment, manual and semi-auto three kinds of mode of operation.
The machine working pressure, the pressing speed, the scope of the itinerary may need to carry on the adjustment according to the process. And the constant pressure to complete and scheduled two-way process, constant pressure the craft way. To have after the suppression guarantees pressure and time delay to be automatic return action.
Optional accessories: photoelectric protection device. Stroke, pressure, time digital display system. Hydraulic system heating, cooling device. PLC programmable controller, blanking buffer device, mould heating and temperature control device, in die with floating guide and rolling bracket, etc.
Main characteristics:
1. The fuselage for four pillar type structure, mechanical parts the optimization design, beautiful shape, economy applicable.
2. Liquid tank volume increase, ensure fast charging, reduce pressure on time. Increase the cooling area, reduce the oil temperature.
3. Host three beam end modulus is bigger, improve three beam stiffness, greatly prolong the life.
4. Master cylinder and piston rod are made of high-quality forgings and improve the reliability.
5. Main rod adopted four nut structure, improve the preloaded performance, can maintain the long-term stability of accuracy.
6. Piston rod and column surface, the quenching, hard chrome plating, improve the wear resistance, prevent scratch the surface corrosion.
