Product Description:
We invite you to the innovation processes concerning "snack pellets". The lines have always been characterized
by their innovative technical solutions and their high degree of reliability. Pellet Processing Line is for pellet production by single-screw extruder. The raw material can be maize starch, potato powder, potato starch, cassava starch or their mixture, etc. The pellet can by different shapes, like shell, spiral, square tube, etc. Pellets are a semi-manufactured dry product, made of dough, cooked opportunely using extrusion cooking technology, shaped and formed until reaching a humidity of less than 12%. This semi-manufactured product is extremely compact, (apparent density of 300-400 g/l, 10 times higher than that of the finished product) occupies little space and can be easily preserved for over a year in normal environment conditions, without particular packaging. The pellet can be fried or expanded to obtain a finished food product. After drying, the pellet needs frying to get expanded.
Special frying lines for pellet based snacks. A universal processing principle makes the line suitable for all types and forms of pellets available on the market. Pellet Processing Line provides technical advantages over conventional production lines in almost every area. The line guarantees uniform frying through an optimal pellet feeding system and a balanced transport system in the fryer. Very fast oil turnover time ensure perfect oil management.
