FWA series dual-drum pre-wire screen
Application process: FWA series dual-drum pre-wire pressure screen,
run by a low pulse, dispersed flow of fiber to make it an effective separation of slurry in a variety of impurities and impurities from the loss of paper systems, especially in sticky impurities at the lowest pulse paper machine headbox to meet all operational requirements for final checks.
Specification parameters: 0.6 m² ~ 6.0 m²
iinflow concentrantion: 0.2 ~ 1.5%
capacity: 60 ~ 850t / d
supply pulp pressure: 0.05 ~ 0.5Mpa
Features:
Pulp, into a tangential direction, flow from the upper screen into the screen drum body between the inflow and outflow pressure screen drum. Rotated under the double rotary-wing rotor, fully cleaning the inflow and outflow pressure screen drums, so that the fine pulp can pass through the inflow and outflow pressure screen dum smoothly, and compiled the fine pulp chanmber at the bottom of the equipment. It has many benefits as good screening effect, large volume, low pulse, save energy and reduce energy consumption, the power consumption is only 20% ~ 50% of similar products.
