Vacuum dryer is divided into static and dynamic, Model FZG Square Vacuum Dryer and Model
YZG Round Vacuum Dryer belong to static dryer.
It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials which often decompose, polymerize or metamorphose under high temperature. It is widely used in the field of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industry.
Features:
1. Under the conditions of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation's efficiency higher. Therefore, it can save the conducting area of evaporator under the same quantity of heat transfer.
2. The heat source for evaporating may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam.
3. The heat of evaporation loss is less.
4. Before drying, the dryer can be disinfected. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
5. It belongs to static dryer, so the shape of raw material to be dried can not be destroyed.
