Product Description:
Common to most gearmotor screw jack solar panel tracking system are the following elements:
1. Keyed(anti-rotation)
screw jack with swivel rods, translating screw jack with clevis end available.
2. Upright type jack, self-locking screw, threaded ends with swivel rods, clevis end available.
3. Others components: steel protective tube, rubber bellows, swivel plates, motor flange, gear motor.
4. Limited switches to stop the motor once the stroke has reached the upper or lower limit of travel.
5. Reduction gear mechanisms used. Screw jack speed ratios, usually, it is the lowest ratio.
6. Notice, travel stroke should be reduce the rubber bellow length when full retract.
For solar tracking jack systems, NOSEN screw jack RN-Series, RNF-Series are available.
RN-Series, max static load 100 tons each, max dynamic load 26 tons each.
RNF-Series, max load capacities 50 tons each.
