Product Description:Autoclave SKA-2860 For production of laminated, anti-bullet and anti-bombing glass
This machine will
melt the PVB film and combined two layers or more than two layers glass by high temperature and high pressure.
Cauldron body steel shell effective inside diameter: 3000mm
Processed glass extreme breadth: 2500mm
Processed glass greatest length: 6000mm
The processed glass is most light-sized: 350*350
Working pressure: 0--1.25Mpa
Safety valve opening pressure: 1.3Mpa
Operating temperature: 0-135 °C
Design temperature: 150 °C
Actuating medium: Compressed air (in cauldron temperature 5 °C-7 °C)
In cauldron gauge: 1200mm (basis customer request)
Heat preservation way: In keeps warm, thickness 50-100mm
Opens the door the way: Electrically operated, opens the door left (toward opens left facing cauldron gate)
Total output: 114KW (energy conservation)
