The glass cullet washing machine is also named cullet washer, broken glass bottle cleaning machine, specially
used to washing the glass for deeply process.
The machine is composed of a water screen drum, a main frame and a transmission device, and a water tank drain outlet is provided under the main frame. It is used to clean up the debris in the sewage; the water supply pipeline is connected to the tap water or the circulating water source, and the water pressure should meet 2kg/cm2; the working section is divided into two parts, one part is used to spray cleaning materials, and the other part is used to spray the screen Net debris; the drainage pipeline is divided into the bottom of the water tank and the overflow of the upper mouth of the water tank, which are all discharged into the sewer. The transmission device is composed of a motor, a reducer, and a chain drive. The machine is cylindrical, with spiral guide vanes on the inner wall.
