1 Bucket Elevator : Computer-aided design (CAD) galvanized steel vertical elevators have capacities
25 tons/hour – 400 tons/hour.There are three parts of bucket elevator, upper-cap, column (body), lower cap, which are connected to each other with bolt and pins.Instead of one piece production, this design helps tht assemble and maintenance of the elevator.Glavanize coating makes it long lasting and lovers maintenance costs for painting every year.
2 Chain Conveyor : Chain conveyors are used to fill and discharge of silos without giving any harm to the grain.Produced from galvanized steel with capacities between 25tons/hour – 400tons/hour.The tree parts, head, tail, trough are connected with bolts and bolt-pins.Galvanized steel makes it more economic for maintenance cost.
3 Augers : Screw conveyors are used to transfer grain and dusty materials on horizontal axis.Two different spiral sheets are used according to its purpose.If its only for transferring full spirals used.But if various types of grains are to be mixed and transferred in spiral, butterfly spiralsheets are used.The transfer period of the product from one end to another can be changed by adjusting the angels of butterfly spiral sheets.We produced highest quality screw conveyors with capacities differ from 5tons/hour to 250tons/hour.
4 Sweeper : The remaining grain inside the silo is collected by sweepers and transferred to the augers.Gravity lets the auger to unfill the silo on its own.In the end there’s always remains away from auger covers. At low levels of grain there is no gravity effect, in this situation the sweeper is on duty.The sweeper is fixed at the middle-botom of the silo.The spiral transfers the grain to the auger cover while sweeper is rotating.The grain taken out by auger can be transfered with chain conveyor, elevator, screw conveyor.
6’’ 8’’ 10’’ 12’’ sized sweepers are used in the silos between 4.57m – 32.00m diameters.
