Product Description:
Grape Wine-bottle Glass Frosting Powder is universally used in the glass further processing fields, which
include the further manufacture of wine bottles, grape wine bottles, and other glasswares with colors.
Production process: Mix certain a proportion of glass frosting powder and sulfuric acid together, stir the mixture fully, then submerge the glassware for 1--3 minutes, then take it out, clean and dry it.
The etching effect: the surface of the etched product feels smooth and delicate, the grain distributes on it is relatively big and equal. The thickness and color, and the size of the grains are adjustable in compliance with the requirement of customers.
The package: 25kg/bag
The output: Each kilogram glass frosting powder can etch the 750ml glass bottles with the average green glass material about 140.
