Groundnut Peanut Shelling Thresher Machine
Peanut shelling machine is produced according to the national
standards strictly. peanut sheller consists of rasp bar, stake, intaglio, fan, gravity separator and second bucket, etc. The whole peanut sheller frame is made of high-quality steel . This peanut shelling machine has compact structure, easy operation and reliable performance. Peanut processing equipment is used to shell peanut; can separate shells and kernels with high-efficiency and almost without damage to the kernel; and the shelling rate can be ≥95%, the breaking rate is≤5%. While peanut kernels are used for food or the raw material for the oil mill, the shell could be used to make wood pellets or charcoal briquettes for fuel.
Due to its high integrity for peanut, so it also can be used for threshing peanut seeds.
It have Automatic screening function, the bad and not good seeds will be separeted out .
The four wheels help you move the machine easily..
Concerning power: it can allocate with 3 kw motor or 170F gasoline or 8 HP diesel engine according to customer’s needs. If choose gasoline or diesel engine, it also can operate at place where is short of electricity
High-quality bearings, plus a sturdy bearing housing, make the machine work longer and more durable.
