Product Description:
1. Introduction:
H-beam shot clearing&blasting machine is specially designed for the surface cleaning
and intensifying of H-beam. It can realize a smooth surface of certain roughness and increase the adhesion of paint film, improving the surface quality and anti-corrosion effect. There are totally 8 shot blaster equally arranged on both sides of blasting area. They will be installed at the best position according to the characteristics of H-beam. There is a protecting cover lining on the internal wall of the box, which is easy to replace. The dust removing system adopts the internationally advanced drum type device, characterized by high efficient. The dust emission meets the relevant requirement of the country regarding environmental protection.
2. Main features
The standard models of our H-beam shot blasting machines have the following features:
Conveyor feed in and feed out which is very convenient and in very high efficiency;
8 shot blasters to ensure good cleaning quality;
Robust all steel fabrication with stable structure and good rigidity, and no deformation after long time using;
Heat treatment to main welding parts after welding; sand blasting treatment to main welding parts before painting;
All motion parts have lubrication system;
Main electric elements are ABB/Siemens brands;
Lifting lug;
