2 shafts center type winding, suitable for slitting/rewinder various OPP, PET, PVC, printing
& packing films etc. (Optional adhesive tape)

Max. Rewind O.D: 400mm

Feature:
1. Equipped with connected shaft type unwind base and automatic web guide.
2. Unwind tension is automatically controlled by powder brake when jumbo roll O.D is getting smaller.
3. Rewind shaft tension is controlled by differential core sleeve, each of slipping tension is adjustable automatically and individually to control perfect rewind tension on all finished rolls when web thickness is not even the same.
4. Slitting by shear cutter, which were designed for multi-purpose materials converting.
Optional Parts:
1. Unwind Pick-Up Lift : For loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving.
2. Shaftless Unwind Base : Separated type with hydraulic core chuck can be equipped for efficient and quick performance on jumbo roll change.
3. Connected Splice Table : Splicing materials smoothly in order to decrease production loss.
4. Slitting by shear cutter and razor blade, which were designed for multi-purpose materials converting.
