is made from alloy tool steel with specially heat-treated, and TCI cutter ring is made from alloy tool steel with tungsten carbide inserted tips. Our cutter rings can be applied in different formations for following characteristic:

1) Hardness can reach HRC55-59.

2) High yield strength, high wear resistance and good impact toughness.

3) Cutter ring can be manufactured in different hardness and profile according to different formation.

4) Tungsten carbide inserted tips can be applied in formation which is over 175Mpa for their hardness (HRA85-88).
