Product Description:
Primarily used for cutting aluminum profiles and PVC profiles for aluminum doors and windows, curtain
walls etc.
1. Adopt 20hard alloy saw blade and auto-spray lubricating and cooling system, ensures high cutting linear velocity and high surface finish quality and high accuracy.
2. The saw blade may rotate from -90° ~0° ~+67.5° , extended cutting range.
3. Adopt straight forward type feeding, Hydro-pneumatic damper stepless speed governing system, ensures smooth feeding.
4. Can realize vertical cutting through adjust the rear positioning shelf when at -90 degree.
5. CNC control of the saw blade feeding height and digital display of the rotating angle degree. Adopt the imported integrated PLC control, with the self-measuring and self-diagnosing function. The circuit is of high stability and nice environmental applicability and can upgrading by long distance operation through net-works.
