Heavy duty underfloor lifting system is composed of heavy duty screw jacks, high torque miter gearboxes,
electric motor, pillow block bearings, jaw couplings and line shaftings. Heavy duty underfloor lifting system is used to replace fast speed hydraulic lifting system and pneumatic lifting system. Which has self-locking feature without brake or locking mechanism, precisely positioning, full synchronization, motor driven, easy installation and operation, maintenance free.

1. heavy duty screw jack model: JTM500-UR-1500-H-IV-C-N, self-locking screw diameter 120mm, pitch 6mm, maximum lifting force 490kN, upright mounted, rotating screw jack, loads attached travelling nut do linear motions, 1500 mm stroke, high gear ratio 32:3, with 6 poles motor-1000rpm, lifting speed 1500mm/min, plain end fixed with flange mounted block bearing, double input worm shaft, no additional accessory.
2. high torque miter gearboxes model: JT85-1:1-1450R-1450R-I-LR-B3, JT85-1:1-1450R-1450R-I-LR-O-B3, input and output shaft diameter 85mm, 1:1 gear ratio, input and output 1450rpm, 2pcs miter gearboxes with input and output shaft clockwise rotation directions, 1pc input and output shaft rotation direction is opposite.
