Product Description:
The hemp seed dehulling machine is one of Qiaopai Group's patent products. It can clean impurities in
hempseeds, then size the seeds into 3 grades, then hull each grade individually, then remove shells, separate. Un-hulled seeds will be returned to the huller for re-hulling automatically, thus automation degree has been greatly improved.
It consists of cleaning and sizing unit, de-hulling and separating unit, electric control cabinet.
Cleaning and sizing unit consist of input hopper, elevator, cleaner, sizing machine.
Dehulling and separating unit consist of input hopper, elevator, main part of the machine (huller, separating screen for removing shells, separating screen for removing unhulled seeds, cyclone, and shells collector), kernels collector.
Meantime, we also specialize in cleaning, dehulling & separating machines and equipments for Sunflower seed, Buckwheat, pumpkin/watermelon seed, mung bean (green bean), oat, seeds of job's-tears, Silybum seed, almond, hazelnut, Gordon Euryale Seed, Jatropha seed, acorn, etc. in China.
