ZPT series high consistency bleaching

tower is mainly used in high consistency bleaching section of waste paper deinking pulping or chemi-mechanical pulp. By using hydrogen peroxide oxidation bleaching, pulp whiteness can be raised and meet final paper requirement.

Features:

1.Structural style of ZPT series high consistency bleaching tower: round or square tower body.

2.Square high consistency bleaching tower uses conical tower body. Some pieces of varied-diameter and varied-distance screw are equipped at the bottom. Consistency from upper to lower is 28-32%, which ensure the same time and same effect for bleaching.

3.Round high consistency bleaching tower is a round tower, many agitators that can dilute water are configured on the bottom, top consistency is 28-32%, bottom consistency is 4-5%, layer-dividing device is in the center, which ensure the pulp bleaching time unanimous and even bleaching effect.
