Introduction
High efficiency vertical dryer uses the fair current drying technology, so called fair
current dryer, which use the hot air as thermal medium to dry the grain
The internal is mainly composed by air ventilation and horns ventilation box, outside the box filled with grain horns, grain, hot air flow of top-down by air ventilation quarter, down through the bread into the direction of the exhaust gas layers, horns box
Hot air and grain flow positive, called the mixed flow
Hot air through grain layer, heat and moisture have the heat transfer with the grain: hot air to food, makes temperature increased, moisture food grains by evaporation into the air and become waste discharge
Dry bread to the heat flow down slowly, after tempering period which food grain moisture inside layer temperature and precipitation, to reach even equilibrium
After entering the food, makes the grain cool down to storage temperature, and then discharge the grain by grain period
Features
1.Saving investment, covers an area of 25 square meters, no need workshop.
2.Internal adopts heat-resisting & wear-resisting alloy castings, long service life, convenient maintenance.
3. Thoroughly solved the big air leakage, not easy seal problem between dryer and furnace.
4. Countercurrent operation, high thermal efficiency, fast drying speed. Small exist concentration, just for 10g/m3.
5. Rely on gravity fall, no need power.
6. High efficiency vertical dryer can use multiple grate basin, grate cone, adopts different angles and different spacing design; and its strong adaptability, suitable for drying slag, clay and sand, coal, iron powder, ore etc.
7. The microcomputer automatic detection control system can optimize adjust the dryer technological parameter on-line.
Working Principle
The molded balls which contain much moisture are transmitted to the top by conveyor, and then they are evenly distributed on the top total cross-section by distribution device. Briquettes are on the operating rail, one side fall down slowly by gravity, one side go ahead heat change with strong wind. The moisture which is evaporated from briquette is taken away randomly by the strong wind. The briquettes achieve intensive drying after two hours evaporation process.
High efficiency vertical dryer application:
1.Coal powder is pressed into shapes by briquette press machine; the moisture is usually at 12%-14%. After dried, the moisture can reduce to 2-4%, also can satisfy the request of hardness, storage and transportation. On that basis, then through adaptability reform, the moisture can reduce to less than 1.5%; Also can dry briquetting, coal rods etc. Particulate matter.
2. High efficiency vertical dryer is mainly used for some spherality or granular materials which contain much moisture, for making them reach the desired strength after drying. Compared with the rotary dryer, the best feature is that vertical dryer can reduce the crash between finished products and barrel & lifting plate during the drying process, guarantee the final products failure reduce to the lowest level.
