Precise Electronic Z-axis Auto Tool Setter for CNC Milling Machine Centers
This is the high quality
cnc pre-setter tool setter for CNC milling machine, vertical machining center (VMC) etc. Quickly, easily and accurately setup tool heights in the tool library.
CNC Tool setters can be used to detect wear and breakage and correct thermal distortion as well as to preset tool length. It is an automatic tool setting instrument for z axis zero pre-setting, improve machine accuracy and increase production.
We have NC(normal close) and NO(normal open) two models for supply, please choose the suitable one you need.
GZ-66-NC(normal close) tool height presetter parameters:
Repeatability: 0.001mm (operating speed 50-500mm/m)
Contact Material: tungsten steel alloy
Contact life time: 3 million times
Protective structure: IP67
Rated voltage: DC24V 20mA (resistance load)
Cable: oil resistant /4 cores
Application: CNC router, cnc milling machine, cnc machining center, etc.
Warranty: 1.5 years
Normal closed modely widely used with Taiwan SYNTEC, LNC, NC STUDIO, weihong brand control system, etc.
