Product Description:
Precidose introduces revolutionary power & water efficient high pressure car washing pump and different
accessories. This vehicle cleaning application is a result of four years R & D of high-pressure water jet cleaning application in automobile service station. This three-plungers vehicle washing pump with technically advanced nozzles deliver almost pulsation free high pressure and high intensity water jet to clean & wash any surface faster & effectively.
The plunger, which is one of the most critical components of car washing pump, is made of highly finished solid ceramic material. The ceramic plungers have high wear, tear & temperature withstand capacity. Hence, the life of the pluger is almost 6 times more than conventional chrome-plated plunger. While, CERAMIC COATING on METAL may or may not give good life because metal and ceramic are different kind of materials and ceramic coating, sometimes, ceramic gets removed in form of chips from the metal resulting damage of seal.
The material of cylinder (liquid Head) is Brass. Our liquid contact cylinder (liquid end) is also forged (not cast). Because of our high production rate, it is viable to develop forged liquid end; which takes very high pressure and more reliable than cast liquid end (cylinder).
