Our Aluminum Division, located in Tongzhou District, Beijing, was established in
June, 2005, and is
professional in manufacturing aluminum-based welding materials. We
have nearly twenty years experience in production and management. In 2005, our company introduced a set of aluminum wire production line from Europe which has reached the international advanced level. The quality of our products is leading in domestic market and up to the international standard. Our annual production capacity is 600 tons.

Two grade for the quality: sorted by domestic and imported Aluminum Materials
Note : We import Aluminum Materials from America, and its end products are
exported to America or some European countries after processing
* Aluminum Spraying Wire
* Special Welding Wire

The technical characteristics
* the advanced and continuous drawing technology
* the technologies of shaving the surface twice
* Unique cleaning technology on the surface of wire
The characteristics of Aluminum wire
* Superior wire surface which, comparing with similar products in the line, is more
smooth and shining, having no distortion and bending waves, resulting in the best feedability
* Excellent arc stability, perfect appearance and integrity ensure the production speed
and capacity.
* We adopt Surface Layer Shaving technology to wipe off the oxide skin, pores, impurities and so on, so there is almost no spatter and welding beads when welding .
* Cleaning process during production contributes to smooth surface without any oil
stains, so there is almost no smog when welding.
* Tolerance of wire diameter can be controlled within 0-0.01mm.
* The products can be used directly in production and no need to do any chemical
cleaning before used
