High Quality Guide Rolls for paper machine
1. Hardness of working roll:85-96HSD
2. Surface hardness
of roll neck:30-50HSD, 50-60HSD
3.Forge forgings weight ranges from 50kg-15T.
4.Certificated to ISO9001:2008 and API
5.Test: UT & MT tested.
6.Manufacturing Process: Forging - Normalizing & Tempering - Proof Machining- Quenching & Tempering - Finish Machining.
We will produce it according to your design, including surface treatment, raw material, dynamic balance grade, roll length, etc
Roll material —roll body use seamless steel tube
Rubber cover roll surface —rubber thickness is 7mm, rubber hardness is SHPRE“A” 97°±2°.
Shaft head material —shaft head is 45# steel hardening and tempering.
Lubrication type: —oil grease lubrication

1.Material: 1035, 1045, 4150, 4340, 4140, etc
2.Dimension: Diameter: 80mm-1000mm; Length: ≤12000mm.
3.Surface Hardness: Max 100 HSD.
4.Ultrasonic Test: Sep 1921-84 - Test Group 3 Class D or ASTM A388 - FBH max 4mm.
5. Certification: ISO 9001:2008.
6.Manufacturing Process: Steel Ingot - Forging - UT - Rough Machining - UT - QT - Heat Treatment - Finishing Machining.
