High speed swing over bed 630mm CK6163 cnc lathe machine made in china
This series are economical and
practical CNC lathe series, which are not only apply to various shapes of complex shaft, sleeve, disk parts of the internal and external surfaces, conical surface, circular surface, but also widely used in various industries such as automotive, petroleum, military and other mechanical processing.
Main configuration:
1.Rotary diameter of 420mm, processing disk parts 400, 500, shaft parts 200 / 300mm.
2.The control system uses a wide number of gsk980T.
3.The main motor adopts domestic frequency conversion motor 7.5kw
4.X / Z motor with a wide number of feed servo motor 6Nm / 10Nm.
5.The overall bed half protection, rail width: 400mm.
6.Vertical four - position electric turret
7.Move the standard tailstock manually
8.Manual 3 jaw self-centering chuck 200mm
9.Spindle automatic shift, the file within the stepless speed
10.Ball screw bearings imported from Japan NTN
