I. Main structure
The device consists of a tank,
impeller, sieve devices, shields, electrical parts and other components.
II. Unlike similar products there are proprietary technological features
In order to strengthen the role of defibering insoluble waste, while preventing high impurity content pulp (such as sieve tailings treatment) impurities winding on the rotor and blocking the plate, the device also has the following two proprietary technology features different from other products:
1. Specially designed high-strength tearing teeth which match with the sieve plate are configured on the rotor.
2. Specially designed high-strength tearing teeth which match with the rotor are configured on the sieve plate.
Due to the above structural changes, not only is the defibering efficiency for non-defibered paper greatly improved, but there is a good defibering effect on primary non-digested semi chemical pulp, mechanical pulp and even non-ground mechanical pulp fiber bundles, allowing you to avoid deployment of a defibering machine or plate mill, reducing power consumption
