to the spiraled needle punch process used in their fabrication. They are ideal for protecting sensitive or surface critical products from dents, scratches and marking caused by roller handling systems.
Each roller cover is made to order to ensure a precise slip-fit in accordance with your existing roller specifications. Several Fabric and coating combinations are available based on temperature and abrasion resistance requirements. All Roller Covers are available in soft or resin treated for enhanced abrasion resistance.
In the aluminum forming process, the early wood, graphite has been replaced by Felt Roller Cover.
