DVTP Double Stages High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is widely used for purification and drying of
insulating oil in various types of large-scale transformer equipment installation and maintenance, especially for the 110KV-500KV high-pressure, ultra-high voltage transformer oil purification treatment, and also for high-grade new oil, the depth of imported oil purification. DVTP High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Plant adopts vacuum roots pump boosting system, high vacuum separation system, infrared progressive scan automatic control system, three-dimensional flash fast flash evaporation system, which improves the capacity of the dehydration, degassing, removal of acid value and the free carbon. This High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier also can be used as a separate vacuum source for transformer equipment vacuum drying and oiling.

1. DVTP High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is compact, convenient and flexible mobile.
2. Advanced technology of oil purification and equipment performance. It has the characteristics of high work vacuum, high speed and high precision.
3. The use of the United States imports pump - Sterling fluid system technology, with flow rate up to 35m3 / h, head up to 350 meters, special materials and unique performance curve to ensure that the oil flow will not cause gap discharge generation Acetylene, oil purification technology and equipment performance in a leading level.
4. DVTP High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier can increase the regeneration device system, can quickly remove the transformer oil produced by the coke of the arc, so that poor quality oil by the regeneration device after filtration to reach the new oil standard.
