Product Description:
The button comes attached to the cable.
You may receive a part with the gold contacts on the opposite
side of the ribbon cable. The cable will still work regardless of which side the gold contact are on.
1) Use the iPhone opening too to pry the battery connector up, but do not pry against the pressure contacts.
2) Do not try to separate the glass from the rubber bezel when removing the front panel.
3) The home button ribbon is very thin, so be very gentle when handling it.
4) Before reassembling your iPhone 4s, be sure to clean all metal-to-metal contact points with a de-greasing agent like Windex so the oils from your fingers won’t cause wireless interference.
